How do I take Slim Support with MCT?
Take 4 capsules daily with meals. For best results, take 2 capsules with water before breakfast and 2 before dinner.
How do I take Creatine Monohydrate?
Mix 1 scoop (5.6g) with 8oz of water or juice. Take 4 times daily for the first 5 days (loading phase), then 1–2 times daily.
Is it safe to take both products together?
Yes, they're formulated to work together. If you're pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use.
Does Slim Support contain any allergens?
Yes, it contains fish and shellfish. Other ingredients include gelatin (bovine), rice flour, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, and chlorophyll.
